THE ROLE OF YOUTH TREATMENT SPECIALIST

Build Relationships

Be a positive influence in our residents’ lives, using trauma-informed care techniques to build relationships and create a lasting impact.

Be an Advocate

Work within treatment plan goals to help our teens learn to use their voices for positive outcomes in times of fear and uncertainty.

Be Present

Help create a safe environment for teens as you provide mentoring, participate in therapeutic and recreational activities, and teach life skills critical to their future success.
