About Wedgwood

Since 1960, Wedgwood Christian Services has been dedicated to boldly taking on the toughest mental health and behavioral health problems in West Michigan. Some of our programs include:

100% of the children in our care are survivors of abuse and/or neglect. Residential treatment allows youth to focus on understanding themselves and making life changes that haven’t previously been possible. It allows them to have a safe space of acceptance and 24hr grace-filled care.

Whether you are dealing with life changes, mood or anxiety issues, or other difficulties with behaviors or relationships, our experienced clinicians can offer the understanding, support, and practical guidance you need.

Psychiatric Services provide medication management for children, teens, and adults. Our services can work in tandem with counseling services to provide an individualized, holistic approach to mental and behavioral health. Immediate openings are available!

As a preventative program, the mission of P.Y.D. is to encourage teens with a broad public acceptance approach, as well as encouraging the avoidance of risky behaviors, including sexual activity, alcohol, tobacco and other drug use among youth.

Our Autism Center provides early intensive behavioral intervention (EIBI) for young children with autism spectrum disorders. Our therapy is based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and is individualized for each child.

Wedgwood’s Manasseh Project is dedicated to ending the sexual exploitation of people in West Michigan and surrounding areas; through community and professional education, collaboration and treatment to victims.
