Join our team and provide care, counsel and supervision for kids who haven’t yet had the chance to live in a loving home.
What you’ll do
Working in one of our residential homes alongside our experienced care team, you’ll oversee individual treatment plans tailored to meet the needs of children in our program. You’ll mentor, join in recreational activities and create a warm, loving home for kids who need a refuge.
Compensation + compassion
We’re starting team members at up to $22 per hour with a generous benefits package. You’ll join a passionate, purposeful and collaborative team committed to doing what it takes to give children a brighter future.

We won’t sugarcoat this. Some days are going to be tough. The kids in our care have been abused and neglected. Their trauma is real. They’re short on trust and sometimes quick to anger. They’re not used to caring adults who show up day after day.
