Wedgwood’s Psychiatric Services provide medication management for children, teens, and adults. Our services can work in tandem with counseling services to provide an individualized, holistic approach to mental and behavioral health. Currently, our Psychiatric Services provide diagnosis such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and mood disorders though evaluations and follow up visits. Testing is not available at this time.
Wedgwood’s Psychiatric Services provide additional support for mental health treatment and medication management tailored to each individuals family and medical history, life-experience, and mental health needs and goals. These services work in tandem with counseling services within Wedgwood’s continuum of care.
Psychiatric Services are provided at Wedgwood’s Bouma Counseling Center, located at 3250 36th Street SE, Grand Rapids MI, 49512, with teletherapy options available.

Wedgwood’s Psychiatric Services are open for children – as young as 5 years old, teens, and adults who are looking for additional support for their mental health through medication management. Most commercial insurances are accepted.
